Hi!

I’m Ken Kowalsky. I live in New England with my beautiful wife and four children.  I’m two spits away from 50 years old.

As a physical therapist of 25 years, I’ve worked in basically every clinical setting there is.

I still actively treat patients. I love working with people too much to take a raise and push paper, or now a days, punch computer keys.

I’ve seen hundreds of orthopedic, post-trauma, neurological, medical, and post-surgical Patients.

I’ve spent years treating all age groups, and all types of people.

I’ve learned a lot.

This experience has given me an accurate, bird’s eye view of how the healthcare system works from start to finish.

Including its strengths and weaknesses.

I’m also a wrestling coach for 4 different teams. From little peewees, middle school, to high school, and finally our state’s National Team. We travel all over to compete in the most competitive events in our country.

When I coach, I physically wrestle. This gets pretty grueling. So strength training and conditioning are a regular part of my life.

I have a personal motto:

“If I can, I will.”

“If I can’t, I’ll do what I can.”

This philosophy has kept me stronger and in better shape than most people half my age.

That’s nothing special. Most people half my age don’t do very much.

Don’t get me wrong, I’ve lived through periods of physical inactivity due to injury and lack of motivation because - that’s just life. I’ve picked myself up many times.

With all of my heart, I want more people to get and stay strong.

Especially us, in the second half of our lives.

Why? Because we can.

If we can, we should - the payoff is huge.

Think you can’t?

I’ll show you what you can do.

It’s more than you think.

Get strong as hell,

Coach Ken
